I met Miss Rolph in January to February, she was very professional, informative and extremely kind and understanding. Sadly I've had breast cancer before, including chemo and radiotherapy, the treatment process has change a great deal. Miss Rolph explained exactly the procedures I would have going forward and on the day of my operation so I knew exactly what to expect. Miss Rolph followed up on everything we discussed arranging for me to meet the genetics team and a bone density scan. It was a pleasure to be looked after by a very caring professional, thank you Miss Rolph.

I just want to use this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Rolph and her team, before, during and after my surgery. From the very first encounter I had with her, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Rachel makes every issue super clear, very well explained to details and with a good sense of humour. Very professional with a lot of empathy, she made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to make decisions although it's almost impossible to have an encounter with my beautiful Dr without trusting her. I felt comfortable enough and trusted her decisions too. I didn't have any atom of fear during and after the surgery because she was always reassuring me. I recommend her a 100% and wish her the very best. Thank you very much for everything.

Miss Rolph was absolutely lovely, reassuring and, of course, extremely professional in all three of our meetings. The information she gave me was very clear and understandable, especially in the first meeting when I was a little shocked by the diagnosis. She made it all very easy for me and gave my husband and me plenty of time in which to digest the information and ask any questions we could think of. She explained very clearly what she intended to do, why and what results she anticipated. Our second meeting, on the surgical ward immediately before my operation, was equally good, leaving me in a very calm state knowing exactly what procedures would be carried out and why. She came to see me again after I had come round properly from the anesthetic and, again, was very reassuring about how well the surgery had gone. Finally, we saw her again today and discovered the results from the operation were entirely as predicted, much to our great relief and, again, she was very clear in her description of those results, what they meant and the next steps. I cannot recommend Miss Rolph highly enough and am so grateful to her and all her team. All these meetings were conducted with enormous care, good humour and an excellent memory for the little details of our previous meetings (I feel I should take the puppy in to see her once we get it!).

I attended the breast imaging clinic last Friday 01 April and wanted to express my thanks to the caring and professional staff. The various tests, mammogram and ultrasound were all carried out speedily and efficiently and I was treated with respect by all. At each stage of the process the team who included Miss Rachel Rolph, Dr Charis Brook and Ms Summerhayes provided clear explanations of what they were doing and the results of the tests. I felt that the concerns I had were taken seriously and my welfare was important to them throughout the process. In spite of the difficulties that the NHS is under, the whole process from GP visit to follow up hospital appointment could not have been managed more efficiently. We are very fortunate to have such a service here.
